All tickets include access to keynotes, panel discussions, networking events, lunch, refreshments, and digital conference materials. Specific benefits vary by ticket type.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets can be transferred to colleagues from the same organization up to 14 days before the event. Contact us with the new attendee's details to process the transfer.
What is your refund policy?
We offer full refunds up to 60 days before the event, 50% refunds up to 30 days before, and no refunds within 30 days of the event. Tickets can still be transferred during this period.
How do I qualify for a startup ticket?
Startup tickets are available for companies less than 5 years old with fewer than 50 employees and less than $5M in funding. Verification may be required during registration.
How do I apply for a media pass?
Media passes require an application with proof of your media credentials, audience reach, and coverage plans. Applications are reviewed within 5 business days.
Are there discounts for government employees?
Yes, we offer special rates for government employees. Please contact us with your official government email address for verification and to receive the government rate.
